The AC Meeting was attended by the representatives of the following SMIIC AC Member Bodies/States:

7. National Accreditation Committee of Indonesia (KAN)

8. The Kyrgyz Accreditation Centre of the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic (KCA)

9. Libyan National Centre for Standardization and Metrology (LNCSM)

10. National Accreditation Centre of Iran (NACI)

11. Saudi Accreditation Committee (SAC)

12. Sudanese Accreditation Council (SDAC)

13. Tunisian Accreditation Council (TUNAC)

OIC General Secretariat and SMIIC General Secretariat attended the Meeting as observers.

During the meeting, SMIIC AC Chair briefed the SMIIC AC Members on the documents (Quality Manual, Procedures, Instructions and Forms) prepared and circulated so far by SMIIC AC Chair and SMIIC General Secretariat.

SMIIC AC Chair and SMIIC General Secretariat were requested to collect the stakeholder proposals of SMIIC AC members and extend the necessary invitations to the bodies defined in the PR-08 Procedure for Advisory Board Working Rules and establish the board accordingly in coordination with SMIIC AC Chairs and Vice Chairs.

The AC decided to establish the formation of Appeal and Complaint Sub-Committee from TUNAC, SAC, DAC, TURKAK, JAS and NACI according to the PR-05 Procedure for Complaints and Appeals.
