Upon the invitation from the TAIWAN officials, SMIIC Secretary General, H.E. İhsan ÖVÜT and his accompanying General Secretariat delegation paid a courtesy visits to the relevant institutions of Republic of China (TAIWAN) in Taipei on the 04-06 September 2018. During the visit program the latest activities and extensive exchange of views on the cooperation possibilities between SMIIC and the relevant institutions of TAIWAN were discussed. And a general agreement was signed between SMIIC and Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI) TAIWAN. During the discussions and visits general information regarding the structure and activities of SMIIC was given.
