The 31st SMIIC MC Training within the SMIIC MC Work Plan 2021 – 2023 V2 was the Calibration of Hygrometers by Comparison Method that took place on the 28 Sptemeber 2022 virtually, technically hosted by SMIIC General Secretariat. 16 experts participated in the training.

The training was hosted by NMI: SASO National Metrology and Calibration Center (NMCC)

General Description: The training covers information on definition of Hygrometers by comparison method and the applications, which get benefits of these measurements.

Objective, expected outcome: This training course aims to clarify the basic definition of Hygrometers the applications of some activity, which get benefits ofthese measurements, which are required to be measured in the field of humidity.

Who should attend: The training should be attended by the staff working in humidity laboratories at the level of national metrology institutes or secondary level calibration laboratories.
