The 53st SMIIC MC Training within the SMIIC MC Work Plan 2021 – 2023 V3 was Acoustic and Vibration Metrology that took place on the 24 October 2023 virtually, technically hosted by SMIIC General Secretariat. 32 experts participated in the training.
The training was hosted by NMI: SASO NMCC
General Description: The training covers general and practical aspects of acoustic and vibration metrology.
Objective, expected outcome: To provide knowledge and to develop skill of participants in calibration of the acoustic (by B&K system) and vibration (by laser).
Who should attend: The training would be attended by staff working in metrology laboratories at the level of National Metrology Institutes or secondary level calibration laboratories.
