SMIIC conducted the OIC/SMIIC 4: Halal Cosmetics – General Requirements Training in French on 04-05 March 2024 Virtually.

50 participants from French-speaking member states (Chad, Gabon, Guinea, Morocco, Niger, Senegal, and Tunisia) attended the training.

The training aimed to give the foundation knowledge regarding Halal cosmetics, the Halal industry, requirements, and implementation of the OIC/SMIIC 4:2018 Halal Cosmetics – General Requirements.

The Training has been given by expert trainer Mr. Mohammad Azroul.

The training program included:

• Introduction to OIC/SMIIC 4:2018 History, Scope and Normative References
• Requirements and implementation of the OIC/SMIIC 4:2018: General requirements for Halal Cosmetics products
• Evaluation Test
