The Togolese standardization agency (ATN) is a technical structure of the High authority of quality and environment created by the 2009 framework law on quality. Its mission is to develop and adopt standards, participate in international standardization activities, and provide socio-economic players with all the standards they need.

ATN is a member of major regional, African and international standardization bodies. (NORMCERQ, ECOWAQ, ARSO, ISO, IEC, SMIIC, CODEX ALIMENTARIUS)

As part of its activities, ATN currently has 23 technical standardization committees.
