SMIIC Metrology Council

Metrology Council (MC) is the SMIIC’s operational structure for cooperation between metrology institutions from Islamic Countries. The cooperation covers scientific, legal and industrial metrology, and focuses on but not limited to activities for supporting of development of quality infrastructure in member countries, including realization, maintenance and dissemination of measurement standards of physical units, metrology in chemistry, implementation of quality management systems, knowledge transfer and research in the field of metrology.
