SMIIC Secretary General H.E. İhsan ÖVÜT paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Abdulla AL MAEENI, Director General of Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA) on 18 February 2019 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates on the sidelines of the 4th Global Halal Industry Platform.

Both parties had the opportunity to exchange views on the current projects of SMIIC as well as discussed future cooperation on the activities to enhance the competence of SMIIC especially in standardization activities.
