Halal food services are requirements for food industry players in setting up an assurance system to preserve the integrity of products and services provided for Muslim consumers. This standard defines the basic requirements and general requirements that shall be followed at any stage of the food chain.
This standard is developed with the aim to ensure that products and services provided for Muslim consumers are in accordance with Islamic rules.
The training on Islamic Affairs Expert based on OIC/ SMIIC 1:2019 is virtually between 17-18 October.
The course language will be English.
Training Objectives:
This training program will provide the participants with in-depth the Sharia issues in that standard, characteristics of the Shari expert, and behavior that should follow in the auditing and reviewing documents, ………. etc.
Who should attend the training?
Islamic affairs experts, research scholars, Muftis, Sharia auditors, and sheriah consultants. The training program will be held online over the ZOOM® application.
Training investment/fee
The participation fee is 200 USD per person / two days including the exam and will give a discount of 20% for groups of 5 persons, and the exam will be on a Google form. The successful trainees who pass the online exam with 70 % and above will be awarded a certificate of Successful Completion and others will be awarded a certificate of Participation with below 70 %.
