SMIIC MC Training in Calculation of Uncertainty in Fixed Points

The 52st SMIIC MC Training within the SMIIC MC Work Plan 2021 – 2023 V3 was the Calculation of Uncertainty in Fixed Points that took place on the 18 October 2023   virtually, technically hosted by SMIIC General Secretariat. 22 experts participated in the training.

The training was hosted by NMI: BSN

General Description: Uncertainty evaluation of SPRT calibration in the ITS-90 sub-ranges from Triple Point Water to silver freezing point.

Objective, expected outcome: Understand how to calculate the uncertainty propagation of SPRT calibration in the range of 0 oC to 660 oC by ITS-90 Fixed Point Method

Who should attend: The attendee should have some background of temperature calibration; therefore, this training will be fit for the tehnical calibration staff in the level of National Metrology Institute.
